Key Tips
- Amazon tests Leadership Principles in EVERY round — not just behavioral. Prepare 2 stories per LP.
- Coding rounds are medium to hard difficulty. Trees, graphs, and DP dominate.
- Bar Raiser round is the toughest — the interviewer is from a different team and has veto power.
- System Design is required for L5+ only. L4 candidates get an extra coding round instead.
- Amazon values working backwards from the customer — mention customer impact in design discussions.
